Trampoline makes enterprise social computing software. Our products analyse and report on an organisation’s email and data to identify who is talking to whom and about what.
SONAR Server is the analytic core of the SONAR Suite. It is composed of natural language processing and social network analysis technologies. SONAR Dashboard is an interface that enables employees to connect with useful people at work based on the organisation’s social network and employees’ work and interests. Metascope is Trampoline’s specialist software for organisational network analysis.
Trampoline’s clients include Raytheon Company, the UK Foreign Office and Channel 4 Television. Trampoline was honoured in the sixth Oracle PartnerNetwork Innovation Awards for EMEA and Oracle’s UK Partner Innovation Awards 2006. Trampoline is the first European “Enterprise 2.0” developer to receive institutional investment.
We’re looking for people who are smart, inquisitive, take problems in their stride and willing to make their role their own. A sunny disposition is a must, as is the ability to admit you’re wrong and don’t know all the answers. Curiosity is essential, especially coupled with an interest in social software and web 2.0. We’re a small company with big ideas, focussed on getting things done rather than job descriptions or processes, so be prepared to get stuck in.
If you don’t match a particular role but think you could bring something great to Trampoline go ahead and send a cover letter and CV to Kaz Patwa: kaz DOT Patwa AT trampolinesystems DOT com
No agencies please (we mean it!)

The environment here is very fast-paced, with vital technical and strategic decisions made pretty much every day. We’re flexible on working hours - some of us start at 9am, some start at 12 noon - it’s up to the individual to make sure they’re getting things done.
Most of us here are in the 25 - 45 age group, are active bloggers, and have a previous employment pattern that looks like : worked for small companies, worked for large enterprise, got frustrated with large enterprise, went back to small company environment for the challenge, and to produce software that will help make large enterprises less frustrating. We don’t wear suits. Not even the execs :-)
