Trampoline receives IDC "Top 10 Software Innovators" award

Respected analyst IDC today named Trampoline as one of the world's top 10 innovators in business software. The study covered all software vendors with revenues below $100 million. From the abstract to IDC's study:

"Several key trends have emerged as major drivers in innovation and growth in enterprise application software including the emergence of social software tools to aid in the shift to more social businesses and the mainstream adoption of cloud and open source applications. Contributing to this innovation is a group of small companies with the vision and technology to have an impact on the IT marketplace,"

The other companies selected were Atlassian, Clarizen, IGLOO Inc., Intacct, Jive Software, Kaltura Inc., RumbaFish Technologies, Service-now.com and Telligent.

Design Council selects Trampoline for Designing Demand Immerse

The Design Council has selected Trampoline Systems as one of twenty London companies to take part in its Designing Demand Immerse project. This initiative to support London's fastest growing companies is jointly delivered by Grant Thornton and Design London with funding from the London Development Agency. It provides the support of industry-leading designers to work with Trampoline on a six month project to further enhance the design of our products and services.

Trampoline Systems today announced that it has been awarded as one of the Red Herring Top 100 Global Companies. Red Herring Top 100 Global Companies are chosen from winners and finalists of the previous North America, Europe and Asia Red Herring Top 100 Companies. Winning and finalist companies from the previous three years were eligible for this outstanding award. Out of 1,800 successful and highly eligible companies, the Red Herring editorial team deployed a detailed process to drill-down the best companies first to 200 finalists, then to the top 100 winners of this global award. Evaluations were made on both quantitative and qualitative criteria, such as financial performance, innovation, management, global strategy, and ecosystem integration. The announcement of the winners was made at the Red Herring 100 Global taking place in San Diego from January 14-16, 2009. Present among the finalists were elite executives and venture capital leaders from around the world.

Red Herring names Trampoline as finalist for "Red Herring 100 Global"

Red Herring, the globally respected commentator on technology and innovation, has annouced that Trampoline has been shortlisted for their coveted "Red Herring 100 Global" Award. Among just 200 leading companies, Trampoline has been recognised as a 'promising startup that will lead the next wave of disruption and innovation'. This nomination comes on top of being awarded "Red Herring 100 Europe" in April this year.

The winners of the Red Herring Global 100 will be announced at Red Herring's Global08 event in San Diego, 14-16 January 2009.

Trampoline plays host to the finalists of the Interational Young Interactive Entrepreneur Award 2008

Trampoline plays host to the finalists of the British Council's 'International Young Interactive Entrepreneur Award 2008'.

The finalists represent the brightest stars of the interactive and digital scenes in emerging markets. All under the age of 35, these finalists have each demonstrated a potential to be a future leader of the sector in their country. As part of a two week tour of the technology scene in Britain, these eight finalists spent an afternoon with Charles Armstrong, Trampoline’s CEO, learning how Trampoline approaches the needs of some of the world's largest enterprises.

Announced on Friday, the winner was Andrei Korobeinik, founder of rate.ee a popular social networking site in Estonia. Trampoline would like to congratulate him, and the other finalists on the fantastic work they have done.

Trampoline wins CRM "Rising Star" award

Trampoline is delighted to have received CRM Magazine's "Rising Star" award for 2008. The other recipients were Apple Computer and Twitter.

The award comes as recognition of the impact Trampoline's automated discovery of contacts and relationships is having on how businesses think about CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. A conventional CRM platform requires every sales executive to spend up to an hour each day updating the system with activity, time which could be spent engaging with prospects. Even then a typical CRM system can only provide a small part of the picture of a customer interaction.

SONAR automatically maps the flow of communications between sales executives and a customer, offering the potential to integrate with any mainstream CRM system to present for the first time a comprehensive overview of the relationship.

CRM Magazine recognises that Trampoline System's unique approach to 'Enterprise 2.0' is, in the words of Editorial Director David Myron, "helping companies streamline business processes, maximize profitability, and provide more value to customers".

Trampoline is on Web Mission 2008!

Trampoline is participating in Web Mission 2008, a showcase of UK technology companies organised by UK Trade and Investment among others. Web Mission 2008 will see 20 UK Web 2.0 companies travel to San Francisco to meet key Silicon Valley movers and shakers. Participating companies were selected on their ability to do meaningful business in the US, their business viability and the strength of their management team.

Web Mission 2008 runs from 19th-25th April, a week in which Trampoline will be out in force in San Francisco. That week we’re also exhibiting at Web 2.0 Expo, more on which to follow!

Trampoline begins 2008 with two prestigious award nominations

Trampoline has received two award nominations recognising its leadership in enterprise social computing.

First, Trampoline has been nominated for the Partnering for Innovation Award at the UK Technology Innovation and Growth Awards 2008. The nomination recognises the strong partnership between Oracle and Trampoline which has brought together the world’s largest enterprise software company with Trampoline’s enterprise social computing techniques.

Secondly, Trampoline has been nominated for Emerging Business Partner of the Year at the Oracle UK Partner Awards. We brought home the gong for Innovation at the ceremony last year so we’re hoping for a second year of success.
