Charles Armstrong

Chief Executive Officer

Charles Armstrong is an established thought-leader on the changing role of software in complex business organisations. He founded Trampoline Systems in 2003 to develop ideas drawn from his ethnographic field research. Charles graduated in Social & Political Science from St. John's College, Cambridge, was mentored by the sociologist Lord Young of Dartington, is a Fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs and a Board Member of Fundacja Techsoup. He's a regular speaker at conferences around the world on informal structure, organisational change and emergent democracy.
Will Edward

Will Edward

Head of Sales

As Head of Sales for Trampoline, Will is responsible for leading global sales efforts including channel and business partner relationships. He brings over 20 years of sales and management experience, successfully building outstanding field sales organisations resulting in dramatic growth. Prior to joining Trampoline Will spent 4 years building Novadigm’s EMEA business from scratch  (acquired by HP), then joined Ask Jeeves, where he was a founding member of the UK executive team and responsible for Ask’s corporate business. Most recently Will led sales at ObjectStar International (acquired by Tibco) and Embarcadero Technologies EMEA.
Craig McMillan

Chief Technologist

Craig is responsible for Trampoline’s architecture and technology strategy. He served as Senior Architect with Sun Microsystems and at cryptographic specialist JCP Systems. Craig graduated in Electrical and Information Sciences from St John's College Cambridge where he was awarded the University’s Computer Science Diploma.

Alistair Davidson

Head of Engineering

Alistair has managed Trampoline’s engineering team since 2004. He helped create SmartGroups, one of the first group email platforms, before being appointed as Senior Developer at Headshift, a social software consultancy. Alistair graduated in Astrophysics from Durham University.

Mike Stenhouse

Mike Stenhouse

Head of User Experience

Mike began his career as a web standards and accessibility specialist, building systems for clients including PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Virgin and the BBC. In pursuit of his fascination with how and why people use the web Mike moved into User Experience, conceiving and implementing effective and usable interfaces for web applications.

As Head of User Experience at Trampoline Systems Mike is responsible for producing state of the art interfaces for SONAR, locating expertise within the enterprise, and Metascope, which visualises large ONA data sets.

Warren Langley

Warren Langley

Non-Executive Director

Warren served as President of the Pacific Stock Exchange in San Francisco, Operations Research Director at United Airlines and Lieutenant-Colonel in the US Air Force. He serves on the board of Sonic Solutions (SNIC) and divides his time between San Francisco, Seattle and London.
