By Charles Armstrong | Monday, September 8th, 2008

Actionable intelligence on Social Networks, Expertise and Collaboration

London, UK, 8th September 2008 – Trampoline Systems today announces the launch of SONAR Flightdeck v1.0 at the Network Roundtable in Washington DC, USA. SONAR Flightdeck delivers powerful real-time insights into organisational performance factors, enabling managers to identify untapped pools of expertise, key connectors in each department and business units that are poorly integrated with the rest of the organisation. Applications include Mergers & Acquisitions, Knowledge Management and Human Resources.

Charles Armstrong, Chief Executive Officer of Trampoline Systems, says, “Since announcing the beta release of Flightdeck in March 2008 we’ve been working with customers to identify a spectrum of high value needs and extend Flightdeck’s functionality to meet them. Today we’re proud to launch the resulting technology. For the first time Flightdeck v1.0 gives managers a detailed picture of expertise and relationships across the entire business. Meanwhile Flightdeck’s flexible analysis and visualisation framework allows each customer to add bespoke views highlighting the factors they need to understand must urgently.”

SONAR Flightdeck is a highly visual desktop application that synchronises with a SONAR Server installed on the corporate network. SONAR Server maps expertise, interests and relationships across the business and its external contacts by analysing email, contact data, documents, wikis, blogs and other corporate data. A powerful Privacy Management module is available to give each employee control over what details are visible to others.

Trampoline is participating in the Network Roundtable in Washington DC on 8-9 September. This is the world’s premier gathering for senior executives harnessing network analysis techniques to increase performance in their businesses.

Trampoline wins CRM “Rising Star” award

By Charles Armstrong | Monday, September 1st, 2008

Trampoline is delighted to have received CRM Magazine’s “Rising Star” award for 2008. The other recipients were Apple Computer and Twitter.

The award comes as recognition of the impact Trampoline’s automated discovery of contacts and relationships is having on how businesses think about CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. A conventional CRM platform requires every sales executive to spend up to an hour each day updating the system with activity, time which could be spent engaging with prospects. Even then a typical CRM system can only provide a small part of the picture of a customer interaction.

SONAR automatically maps the flow of communications between sales executives and a customer, offering the potential to integrate with any mainstream CRM system to present for the first time a comprehensive overview of the relationship.

CRM Magazine recognises that Trampoline System’s unique approach to ‘Enterprise 2.0′ is, in the words of Editorial Director David Myron, “helping companies streamline business processes, maximize profitability, and provide more value to customers”.
